Slayder has learned how to go to the bathroom on the potty, "like a big boy". I know this should excite me and I should be all 'Yea, no more diapers'... but really, it just makes me sad.My little man is growing up. Quickly it seems. I'm not sure how we've come to him being as big and old as he is, but I don't like it much! It seems in life we are always wishing for time to go faster... can't wait till your 16, then 18 than 21... and then, what? Why rush it? I remember when Slayder was a baby and I would be like...I can't wait till he can walk, then talk and then... what? Now I want him to be that little baby that couldn't do anything but lay there and smile at me. My Happy Little Baby Boy. Sometimes it seems a week can't go fast enough... just to get to the next weekend. But when you sit back and really watch... it is ALL going fast enough... far too fast if you ask me.
Enough sappy shit.
He is very proud of himself... and loves to show off his 'big boy panties' as he calls them. LoL Where does he get this stuff?
I found the boxer briefs at meijers... I think they are just adorable!!! I guess one good thing, you can tell how cute his little butt is now, without the diaper coverin all the junk in his trunk!
Maybe someday he will grow up to be an underwear model?? LoL You can see from the pics he is very much NOT shy about showing them off! Ugh, 20 years will be here before we know it ( :( )... I'll keep ya posted!
Enough of that sappy stuff-just have another one! Think of the money your saving! $50.00 a month?? Of course, you wouldn't be saving 50.00 a month if you had another one, but it's worth it:)
